Escape for a Virginia weekend getaway in our Sumac room. The original 1770 home bedroom with a wide beaded board ceiling, handmade fireplace and four poster canopied Queen bed. The walls are wooden logs, making this the only house in Virginia with post and beam construction downstairs, and log construction upstairs. The private bathroom is located 15 feet down the hallway.
